Registration Scheduling Questionnaire

Registering for classes is a final step towards becoming an official 91ÊÓƵ student. The information provided below will assist our team in scheduling your appointment with the right advisor during your assigned registration program. You will not be assigned an advisor or registration program without submitting this form (or your confirmation deposit).

Attending an in-person registration program is an important part of your orientation to 91ÊÓƵ. Important information is given during these programs on systems, advising, processes, and more.  Key personnel are also on hand to assist you in making the most of your journey at 91ÊÓƵ. Our registration team will be confirming and sending out more information prior to your registration day. Please make sure to check your email for important updates.

Please note that in the event that an in-person program is not available, virtual appointments may be scheduled in their place. This option is also available for those living out of state/country.

Registration for the Fall 2024 term begins in May 2024.

Registration for the Spring 2024 term begins in December 2023.
